How do I fill out the scorecard with Gross score and Points?
The scorecard has 2 rows per player.
The scorecard has a top row for gross score and another row below it, for points. We do NOT use the gross for anything, but players are expected to post gross scores to GHIN.
The one thing that REALLY HELPS is to put the 
total points in the correct column and write the + or – 
score in, next to the points. And make sure the scorers from both carts agree on these numbers.
